New to CrossFit?

If you are totally new to CrossFit we have some great news. CrossFit will meet you where you currently are with your fitness and ability level. It doesn’t matter whether you are a top level athlete with years of training under your belt or literally just got up off the couch for the first time after years of a sedentary lifestyle. Our coaches will work with you to make sure the workout and movements are scaled appropriately for where you are right now in your fitness journey. It is important to know that although everyone in the group classes performs the same workout, CrossFit is universally scalable and our coaches will make sure the weight and movements give you the best workout possible. CrossFit is for all ages and ability levels.

The second and most important thing to understand is CrossFit is a community of like-minded people who all share in the same pursuit. In a traditional gym, most people have their own goals and workout plans, which can result in an intimidating and unfriendly environment. In CrossFit, we find sweating and suffering through challenging workouts builds a unique bond not found in any other gym atmosphere. The last person to finish a workout is often encouraged and cheered on more than the first.
